First-Time Buyers
I've been in your shoes — thin credit, tough lending, big dreams. I translate every term, every form and every number until you feel in control.
Bay Area
I arrived in 2010 with a thin bank account and no credit history, and closed on my first home in 2012 in one of the hardest lending markets in memory. That experience is what I bring to every client — patience, plain language, and relentless advocacy.

About Me
By late 2012, after navigating some of the most challenging lending conditions in recent memory, I found and closed on my first home. Every rejected application, every confusing term, every moment of doubt gave me something no classroom can teach: a firsthand understanding of what it truly takes to buy a home in the Bay Area — especially when the odds aren't in your favor.
Over the years I naturally became the person friends called when they were ready to buy or sell. I walked them through the process, helped them understand their options, and celebrated with them at closing. It was a friend who finally said, "You're already doing this — why not make it official?" That question lit a spark.
Outside of real estate, you'll find me on a sports field — competing with the right spirit and building friendships along the way. I love hiking Bay Area trails, which taught me that any obstacle, no matter how steep, is just another step forward. Most of all I cherish time with my kids, teaching them the values that matter most.
My goal is simple: to be the guide I wish I had when I started. First-time buyer feeling overwhelmed, family looking to upsize, or homeowner ready to sell — I understand the emotions, the stakes and the process. Let's find your home together.

We have had the opportunity to seek Vikas Dahiya's guidance on three significant real estate decisions in our family's journey: selling our home in Mountain House, purchasing a new home in Manteca, and evaluating an investment property opportunity.

I've known Vikas since 2013, when I first moved to the Bay Area. At the time he already owned a home, and his example inspired me to take the leap and buy my own. That decision turned out to be the best financial investment I've ever made.

I have known Vikas for over 12 years. We first met as colleagues when he was a software engineer in the Bay Area, and I have always known him to be dependable and detail-oriented.
