Base price rarely moves much. Rate buy-downs, closing cost credits and included upgrades do — and they're worth more than a cosmetic discount.
Investors
Rents, vacancy and maintenance decide returns. I'd rather show you a spreadsheet that says no than a tour that says maybe.
